no i agree, the film was put together in a really confusing way. isnt this mennans first american film, i wouldnt say it was his fault but defo should have been a little better for the general audience, one of my friends i made watch it was like ummm isnt this just out of the blue her husband dies and then we switch days, u dont know anything about the characters etc. the concept was good but ur right put together was messy

wow u agree? lmao i just think it couldve been scripted a bit better and i might be nit picking but i think having linda smoking was random like i dont think it furthered her character and i was like ugh way to make smoking look cool sandy lol

she smokes in like every movie tho lol. actually in one of the deleted scenes was of her smoking in the corner hiding it, so i guess it was something her character did because she was losing it lol

i saw it in england and thought to post my review finally lol. i liked the film. i don't think it was too confusing. maybe the first 2 days but then you could tell which day it is now and what she's doing. sandy did an amazing job in my opinion and i loved to see her acting like this. she made the aspect of going crazy more and more become so real. the scene when the doctor comes and they think she has cut her daughter is brilliant. it's sad of course but i thought it was an amazing job of sandy. she's so talented and can act in so many diffrent genres. and the scene of the head was horrible!! i said to chris imagine when this would really happen to you!! omg!!
my critics are for the whole idea of the movie. i liked the whole thing with the fight for what you have and stuff. but in general the whole week thing with every days was a bit strange to me. ok it's only a film, but all the time i was like: how unreal!!! lol don't know. and the end was so qick i thought. the final scene with the crash was very well done i think! it was a good showdown eventhough it was really sad. but the last scene with her being pegnant. hmm i don't know. i didn't like that as a final scene that much. but all in all it was a very good film i think! i can't wait to see it in german.

i think the pregnant thing may represent Jim himself. If Jim hasn't died, Linda may not have pregnancy.

yeah. and that she might start having beliefs again. cause the priest said miracles happen everyday, and the baby was a miracle i think. gets me choked up everytime.

the miracle of life is having a baby, of course thats what it signafied. but linda did what she did to jim, not knowing it was her fault. which is the sad part because if she just let him go and didnt love him then none of that would have happened. blah

I finally got to see it on dvd and I really liked it while I also kind of understood why those critics criticized the movie so negatively because I don't think the movie itself was very well-structured. It looked like they had focused each day too much and couldn't put the whole movie together.

But still, Sandy's performance was really good and she doesn't deserve those unfair attacks from people who shamelessly call themselves "critic." Anyway, it must have been so hard as she literally had to carry the movie. When I think about what she has been doing since her come back, Crash, MC2, TLH, Infamous and this one, all those different types of roles and movies, I admire her choice, challenge and ability to pull each one off.

And the other cast in this movie did really well, too. The story is interesting as well. It's just a shame that with all those great items, the movie should have, and could have been better. But still, I really like this movie and hope she will be in a better psychological thriller again in the future.
