That means you don't have the proper DivX Codec installed. The sound is encoded in MP3 which works without any additional downloads on Windows XP. To play the video correctly download the DivX Codec 6 from www.divx.com and play the file with the DivX Player or Windows Media Player 10. If you are using a Macintosh you probably can't watch this video without special third party software that I am not aware of.
